How do I track my order?
Go to the Orders tab and tap on your active order to see real-time tracking status.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel a pending order from the Orders tab before it is confirmed by the provider.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or email privacy@kargosl.com with "Delete My Account" as the subject.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Mobile Money (Orange Money, Africell), KargoSL Wallet, and Cash on delivery.
How do I become a provider?
Download the KargoSL Provider app and register as a provider. All providers are verified before going live.
